At Angel Lane Clothing, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item
Log in to our Returns Portal:
Click the link HERE to access our Returns Portal. You’ll need your order number and the email address or phone number used to place your order.
Please use the link HERE to process your return via our Returns Portal.
Select Your Items:
Choose the items you'd like to return and tell us why — or don’t, it’s totally up to you!
Return Option:
All returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be used online and is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
Preparing Your Return

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags still attached.

All accompanying gifts or promotional items must be returned for your return to be approved.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your return approval.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. Alternatively, you can send your item back using your own trackable courier service.
Eligibility

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Hygiene products (e.g. swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments) must have hygiene stickers intact.

Earrings and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Store Credit Processing

Store credit will be issued via email within 2-4 business days of receiving your return.

Credit is valid for 12 months and can be used across our entire site and on all collections.

Returns that do not meet the conditions above will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
