Returns & Exchanges

At Angel Lane Clothing, we are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We offer a no-questions-asked returns policy*, allowing you to return items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.


How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to our Returns Portal:
    Use the link below to access the Returns Portal. You'll need to log in with the order number and email address or telephone number used to place your order.

    Please use the link HERE to process your return via our Returns Portal.

  2. Select Your Items:
    Choose the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. No need to explain — we accept all returns within the 14-day period.

  3. Choose Your Return Option:
    You can choose from the following options:

    • Refund: Get a refund back to your original payment method (available for full-priced items).
    • Store Credit: Receive a store credit for the full value of the returned items.
  4. Prepare Your Return:
    Pack your items securely in their original condition with all tags attached. Make sure the items are unworn and free from stains or damage. All gifts must be included with the return to be approved. 

  5. Return Shipping:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit value) or alternatively, you can choose your own courier to ship the item back to us (please ensure this is a traceable mail service). Please send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached.
  • Hygiene products (such as swimwear, bodysuits, or undergarments) must be returned with their hygiene stickers intact.
  • Earrings and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Full-Priced items are eligible for refunds or store credit.
  • Items included in the FINAL SALE collection cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Return Processing Times

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-7 business days once we receive your return.
  • Store Credit will be issued via email within 2-4 business days and is valid for 12 months.

Important Information

  • All returns must be processed via our Returns Portal.
  • If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., outside the 14-day return window or damaged items), it will be returned to you at your expense.
