Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all US orders over $100 USD. 

Free Standard Shipping is valid for all US orders that are being delivered to an US shipping address. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. USPS Standard Shipping arrives within 4-8 business days from the date your order has been shipped. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed.

US EXPRESS SHIPPING

We also offer Express shipping for $15 USD. We use DHL Express or USPS Airmail, which provides you with online tracking information. DHL Express or USPS Airmail  arrives within 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all Australian orders over $100 AUD. 

Free Standard Shipping is valid for all Australian orders that are being delivered to an Australian shipping address. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via AUS POST Standard Shipping. AUS POST Standard Shipping arrives within 3-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped*

*AUS POST Standard Shipping to Western Australia: Arrives within 7-12 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS SHIPPING

We also offer Australian Express shipping for $9.95 for all domestic orders within Australia. We use Australia Post Express Airmail, which provides you with online tracking information. AUS POST Express arrives within 1-3 business days from the date your order has been shipped*

*AUS POST Express Shipping to Western Australia: Arrives within 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FREE REGULAR SHIPPING is available for International orders. We use Australia Post International shipping services. 

Free Standard International Shipping is valid for orders as per below:

New Zealand - Free shipping for orders over $100 AUD.

Canada, Hong Kong and Sweden - Free shipping for orders over $150 AUD.

Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout. This offer is not valid with Express International Shipping.

**Please note that the shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All Express International parcels are shipped wth DHL. Express International Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.

Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. ANGEL LANE CLOTHING is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
